To the President of Shurwest dba The Annexus Group: I have just learned about your lawsuit against Premium Producers Group and wanted to express my deep disapointment with your firm. Receiving criticism is a part of being in the public eye. As the sole national marketer of what you call a novel annuity product, such criticism should be expected and refuted in an equally public manner. Resorting to a lawsuit solely to quash the critics of your product and your marketing strategy is reprehensible. I know Premium Producers Group and its principals, Mitchell and Dorice Maynard, to be a resource of impartial, factual data and truthful opinions. I will not consider doing business with a company that cannot stand up to critical scrutiny of its product and its sales practices. Your lawsuit should be immediately withdrawn.
