Quotable: Aim High
"In the long run men hit only what they aim at. Therefore, though they should fail immediately, they had better aim at something high."

Henry D. Thoreau (1817–1862)

These topics address common questions about the software fee structure, how we provide training, software support, etc. If you do not see your question addressed here, please contact us or try a Live Chat, below.

(Click and leave a message if we're away)

Are you a financial or insurance marketing company?
No. Premium Producers Group is a software company. Our goal is to be a strategic partner with each of our customers, helping you to sell the equity indexed annuity or conduct portfolio analysis in an appropriate, professional manner that ultimately benefits the consumer investor as well as the industry.

I am interested in the 'Minuteman' ETF management program. Is this a 3rd-party advisor or SMA program?

No. Minuteman is a software program. As with our other programs, you license it from us for a fee. For complete details, see the Minuteman web site.

I'd like to acquire your software. How do I get started?
First, please make sure you have visited the MCP Premium web site, to determine which type of licensing structure applies to you. Then, simply complete the online order form found there. If you are an Enterprise User, contact us for a quote on the software and to make any other arrangements, such as a Demo or Trial.

What types of fee structures do you offer?

We currently have two levels of software licensing available. (Please visit the MCP Premium web site for complete details.)

  1. Individual User - One producer or advisor using the software with their own personal clients. MCP Suite 2007 Basic, MCP Suite 2007 Pro, EIAnalyst2007-Lite, and the EIA Credit Method Rating Service are available.

  2. Enterprise User - A marketing organization, agency, or other 'multi-user' group. MCP Suite 2007 Basic, MCP Suite 2007 Pro, EIAnalyst2007-Lite, and the EIA Credit Method Rating Service are available. Pricing is based on the firm's overall EIA premium production.

Do you offer "free trials"?

We make extensive use of internet-based systems for a live, interactive Demos of the MCP Premium software. These "Webinars" are held twice a week and all sessions are free; you just need to register. Please visit the software web site to view the current schedule.

How much training about your software tools will I receive?

Online pre-recorded tutorials are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A private one-hour "Orientation" is also made available to each new user. Beyond that, periodic (weekly and/or monthly) small group Webinar training sessions are held. 'Live Chat' and Email technical support are always available during regular business hours. If needed, case preparation help or sales support are offered for an additional hourly fee.

I see you have started the TAD Project: Why?

The fact that many large IMOs are wholly owned by insurance companies (and that other IMOs are deriving substantial revenues from inferior products or sales systems) means that they are directly contributing to a greater mediocrity in the industry. If insurers didn’t own any IMOs, they would only make money on the sales of their own EIA products and not be able to benefit from the sales of other insurer’s products.

Since the insurance industry isn’t run the same as the securities world, disclosures aren’t as strict. For example, there is no central data depository requiring Insurers to disclose their EIA renewal histories.

We are doing the best we can to provide a central location for this information, but it won’t have an impact in the industry until advisors take action, by refusing to place business through non-independent channels, and with companies that are willing to disclose their renewal rate histories. We want to take whatever steps we can to support independent IMOs and insurers issuing quality EIA products.

Can my firm participate in the TAD Project?

All firms that would like to take a leadership role in promoting industry transparency and disclosure are welcome - regardless of affiliation or ownership. We have very brief Disclosure forms to complete, depending on your company type:

  1. Marketing Organization Disclosure Form (PDF)

  2. Insurance Company Disclosure Form (PDF)

These can be submitted by fax, standard mail or email. It takes about 1 week to complete the review and have your firm added to our database.

I'd like to be on your agent referral list I saw on the consumer EIA site "Personalyze.Org". How do I get started?

The Professional Referral Program is only available to agents who are users of our MCP Premium software and meet other special training and screening requirements. Please review the Program Requirements to see if you are disqualified from participating.
